Bloom, Sword Health’s digital pelvic health solution for women, is looking for a hard working,
- oriented, and proactive candidate to help us drastically improve women’s health as a Marketing Specialist.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this individual will execute growth marketing strategies to drive member enrollments across our Clients, key employers and health plans in the US. Through flawless execution, this individual will be responsible for helping us achieve our audacious growth goals supporting initiatives across email, physical mailers, landing pages, and thematic campaigns. What you'll be doing:
- Execute high impact B2C customer acquisition campaigns across marketing channels. Channels can include email, direct mail, webinars, social media posts, fliers, Client channels and more.
- Update marketing collateral and assets for custom Clients.
- Support Bloom marketing team with A/B testing and conversion roadmap.
- Liaise with Growth Operations and Growth Marketing team to ensure marketing campaigns go out on time.
- Partner with Clinical team to develop member testimonial bank and assets.
- Ensure Bloom marketing team Notion pages are up to date and accurate.
- Support Customer marketing and product marketing initiatives.
- Ensure flawless campaign execution, adhering to Sword’s rigorous standards.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years
- time experience with a focus on marketing campaign execution, preferably in a
- growth fast paced environment. - Excellent English and willingness to work a later schedule to support teammates in the US, starting at 10:00 AM Portugal Time.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self starter who gets things done.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time gracefully.
- Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment.
- Positive, can do attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with
- functional teams. - Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and PPT/Google Slides.
- Track record producing a high volume of marketing campaigns within set schedules.
- A passion for solving problems.

Design. - Experience developing impactful presentations.
- Experience with Notion.
- Experience with Figma.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience with email and other direct marketing channels.
- Experience with A/B testing.

€30, 483 - €43, 683 a year. Base: €21, 945 - €34, 485. Variable: €1, 155 - €1, 815. Net equity value per year: €7, 383. These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors.
