We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager for Acolad Life Sciences.
As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programs that drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

Your creative mindset and data-driven approach will be instrumental in shaping our marketing programs for success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing programs to enhance awareness of Acolad’s brand and its
- added services within the industry. - Manage the demand gen strategy, encompassing events,
- based campaigns, and digital initiatives aimed at targeted engagement and lead generation. - Oversee

- end event planning and logistics, ensuring exceptional event experiences and measurable return on investment (ROI). - Provide detailed reporting on event and campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest enhancements for future initiatives.
- Manage client contact databases, personalize direct mailing campaigns, and foster positive relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce to monitor lead progression, gather feedback, and adjust plans to meet targets effectively.
- Execute channel marketing campaigns to broaden outreach and impact.
- Oversee budget and ensure timely execution of programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing (Life Sciences or regulated industries are a plus).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing programs that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness.
- Familiarity with different marketing channels and techniques: events, paid advertising, emailing, inbound and content, SEO, social media, partnerships, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot and Salesforce are a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across
- functional teams. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will be valued.
- Knowledge of North American and EU markets. Familiarity with APAC markets is a plus.
- Possibility to work from one of our offices in Portugal, North America, UK, Ireland or Spain.
