Marketing Operations Specialist
Randstad Professionals is the business line of Randstad Group focused on Middle&Top Management Recruitment.
Our Client is a Financial Services Group operating in northern Europe, with offices in several countries including Portugal. They are now looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist, based in Lisbon, who will be part of their Team.

Implement the planning for Marketing Production by prioritizing tasks and establishing deadlines
Coordinate and implement
- related deliveries and operations for the different channels / stakeholders
Coordinate the media plan with the agency in the execution and delivery of graphic materials, including development of print ads, digital mass mailings, and web/social media digital assets
Maintain the relationship with external vendors to facilitate production and timely deliveries
Set-up business procedures and processes to support the marketing production and digital operations
Support client events (fulfilment including giveaways and printings, other marketing collaterals, webinars), including designing stands and promotional materials for use in events and fairs
Ensuring all deliverables adhere to Nordea's branding guidelines and standards
competências
Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including min 2 (two) years in a similar role
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment
Are proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps and can produce visually compelling marketing materials
Have demonstrated experience in seamlessly transitioning between creative responsibilities and operational/ project management tasks
Have first class communication skills, English proficiency being a must
Firm understanding of common project management, including strategies, plans, processes, principles, and marketing
Are a "doer" and a person able to work autonomously in a
- paced environment and balance multiple projects at once while respecting sometimes tight deadlines
Have a high sense of priority and ability to
- reprioritize as per business needs and legal requirements
Have solid interpersonal skills: enthusiastic and positive personality, professionally curious, attentive to detail, motivated nature, easy to work with and collaborative
