Marketing Operations Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the technical and operational aspects of our marketing campaigns. This role involves managing tracking systems, affiliate partnerships, marketing assets, and campaign configurations to ensure smooth execution of all marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Set up tracking links, pixels, and UTM parameters to measure marketing performance.
- Configure and manage affiliate deals within the affiliate software.
- Ensure proper integration of marketing platforms with CRM, analytics, and other tools.
- Handle creative requests, marketing asset management, and campaign approvals.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management and partners.
- Work closely with paid media, affiliates, and analytics teams to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English.
- Experience in marketing operations, tracking, and campaign management.
- Previous experience in online betting brands is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, Impact, or similar.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and data attribution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
