Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Abroad (Not for India)

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and Optimize Marketing & Pricing Strategies: Continuously assess and refine strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.
• Analyze Market Trends & Prepare Forecasts: Study industry trends and provide accurate sales forecasts to inform
  - making.
• Generate New Business Leads: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Increase Brand Awareness & Market Share: Develop initiatives to improve brand visibility and capture a larger market share.
• Coordinate Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales, Financial, Public Relations, and Production departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Manage Marketing Department Budget: Develop, oversee, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Oversee Branding, Advertising, and Promotional Campaigns: Lead branding, advertising, and promotional efforts to strengthen the company’s market position.
• Lead Marketing Department Staff: Manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring efficient workflows and a
  - performance environment.
• Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports and present them to senior management for evaluation.
• Promote Brand at Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows and other significant
  - related events.
