We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead the market in Netherlands. As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for strategic development, sales growth, and overall management of the company's activities in the Dutch market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Development Strategy: Develop and implement
   - term growth strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
2. Sales Management: Oversee sales activities, set objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales quotas.
3. Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs.
5. Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for product marketing, including pricing, distribution, and promotion.
6. Launch Management: Supervise the launch of new products, working closely with marketing teams.
7. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the market, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong understanding of the Dutch market and sector trends.
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
3. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
4. Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content production.
5. Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity, and ambition.
6. Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true

EDUCATION:

1. Bachelor's/Master’s in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics.
2. Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
