We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand presence in the crypto space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Experience in bringing successful De
Fi protocols to market is essential. This role includes ownership of B2C
-
- market strategies and support of B2B business development efforts, targeting professional trading firms, hedge funds, liquidity providers, and other key partners. The candidate should have experience dealing with both B2C and B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention, with a strong focus on both B2C and B2B channels.

2. Hands-on Execution: Be extremely
- on in executing marketing initiatives, relying on some support available to an
- stage startup. Optimize for
- term goals and budget and effort efficiency. Plan to build and grow a
- performing marketing team in the future.

3. Web3 Marketing Toolkit: Be adept in managing the full range of Web3 tools, including point campaigns, airdrops,
- promotions, events, PR, and more, to engage the community and drive growth.

4. Community and Partnership Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant community of users and influencers while establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with professional trading firms, hedge funds, and liquidity providers.

5. Performance Tracking and Optimization: Set KPIs and utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making
- driven decisions to continuously optimize results.

Requirements:

De
Fi Expertise: Proven track record of bringing successful De
Fi protocols to market, including experience successfully executing point programs, airdrops, and similar initiatives.

B2C and B2B Experience: Demonstrated success in both B2C

- market strategies and B2B business development efforts.

Knowledge: Significant degree of understanding of the crypto market and its primitives, with reasonable familiarity with perpetual futures and other derivatives.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a
- paced, creatively chaotic, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
