About the Role

As a Marketing Expert, you will be at the forefront of connecting businesses with tailored advertising solutions. Working with a portfolio of Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs), you'll help clients achieve their goals through consultative sales,
- depth product knowledge, and personalized strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Contact new and existing clients daily via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored advertising solutions.
2. Portfolio Management: Strategically manage a book of business, prioritizing outreach to maximize client success and revenue growth.
3. Customized Solutions: Understand client industries and local market nuances to deliver personalized recommendations.
4. Product Mastery: Develop expertise in Facebook Advertising solutions, offering proactive and reactive support to optimize client performance.
5. Consultative Sales: Improve client experiences through effective product adoption, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
6. Thought Leadership: Share ideas to enhance advertising products and champion client success stories.
7. Trend Analysis: Identify market trends, solve problems, and provide feedback to drive product innovation.

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
2. Strong knowledge of sales,
   - channel media, and local market dynamics.
3. Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
4. Proven ability to build
   - term relationships and
   - sell/upsell over time.
5. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and excellent
   - solving skills.
6. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
8. Language Requirement: Native or fluent (C2) English level.
9. Training: 12-day program in English, with a compensation of 92. 80 EUR per week.
10. Salary: 1, 666. 98 EUR per month (including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, plus a food allowance).
11. Benefits: Private health insurance, meal cards, and holiday bonuses.

Work Schedule & Location

1. Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00). Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
2. Location: Lisbon City Center.
3. Flexibility: Rotational shifts; schedule provided 4 weeks in advance.
