Key Responsibilities:Support in the development of consultancy customised projects;
Create, evaluate, implement and share planning and content best practices within Digital Experience Design;
Producing Content for main social platforms.
Develop the creation of progressive and creative concepts from ideation to final execution.
Present your concepts and designs to stakeholders and support your work with a clear rational and recommendations.
Understand business needs and collaborate with the Consumer Engagement, .com, and Marketing teams to create effective digital design solutions.
Challenge stakeholders and business owners to ensure optimized solutions for consumer, business and the brand.
Access relevant information, perform quality checks on the data, interpret results and draw conclusions to support the business case for each project;
Provide analysis and advanced consumer insights using a range of syndicated and
- syndicated data source;
Be able to conceptualise and be creative to participate in building recommendations;
Support in the coordination of projects and data collection.
SOFT SKILLSConsistency across designs while maintaining a creative approach
An interest in the retail industry is preferred;
Excellent communication skills, able to comfortably update and present to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
Ability to understand consumer behavior across the entire digital landscape and very good understanding of Digital Products and capabilities
Comfortable working with
- level platforms and technologies
Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
High resilience and
- oriented attitude
Can independently prioritize and manage workload; works well under remote management
Experience working in a
- country,
- language environment
Stakeholder management within the broader digital business, including a working knowledge of digital content specific analytics tools, to enable measurement, KPI tracking and
- round critical thinking;
Strong
- functional relationship management skills;
Strategic mindset with an ability to prioritize and delegate accordingly
An understanding of consumer behavior across the digital landscape
Fluent in English both verbally and written
Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for creative design
Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
HARD SKILl
S
Very Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Digital/Mobile Marketing
Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS can do and what's possible to achieve it's a plus
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Figma, after effects. . . )
