Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage claims from inception to resolution.
• Resolve claims in a timely and effective manner.
• Issue settlements with accuracy and integrity.
• Pursue recovery of funds where applicable.
• Provide exceptional customer support.
• Maintain and ensure the quality of data within the claims program.
• Act per the Kuehne+Nagel Group Code of Conduct.
• Comply with all guidelines and standards set by the Kuehne+Nagel Group.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information to manage claims effectively.
• Adhere to the management systems guidelines and organizational standards.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in management of claims and recoveries.
• Knowledge and experience in logistics (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts at internal and external board levels.
• Fluency in English; Spanish considered a plus.
