Tasks

• On-site process support for our CMO
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to optimize performance, quality, and yield
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new processes
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in process engineering and optimization
• Become the company expert for our manufacturing process at industrial scale and be integral part of our investment project
• Manage smaller investment projects in our production and at our CMO
• Ensure safety and compliance in projects, from facilitating governmental approvals to establishing
  - construction maintenance plans and vendor standards.

• You have an academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
• You have 3+ years of work experience in
  - or chemical production
• You have proven experience in process optimization and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
• You love bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic and ambiguous startup environment
• You have a

  - time management
• Open to travel and spend weeks and months abroad at our production sites (potentially relocation possible)
• You are passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of a

• Understanding engineering in food production environments
• Fluent in English; German, Slovak and/or Portuguese is a plus.
