For our new Plant in Amarante, near Oporto, Portugal, we are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who will be in charge of maintaining and improving the manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE:

1. New product/process introduction in production:
   • Anticipate introduction of new products in the plant in Amarante for development projects.
   • Coordinate the realization of machine parameters setting and validation.
   • Document
     - related deliverables and tests.
   • Adapt production routings, tooling, and times.
2. Continuous improvement on manufacturing processes and technical support to production:
   • Lead continuous improvement projects on manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
   • Participate in development project design reviews to address known design issues.
   • Organize training for operation team leaders and operators on specific topics.
3. Production Master Data validation:
   • Maintain and improve manufacturing routings for released products.
   • Verify Master Data and manufacturing times.
   • Act on maintenance processes to improve maintenance efficiency.

THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (Mandatory).
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.
• Experience with CAO software (Proe/Creo).
• Familiarity with SAP software, specifically in modules PP/MM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Soft skills: Rigorous, analytical, and
