We are looking for our next Manual Tester:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
2. Previous experience working as a Manual Tester or in a similar role within software quality assurance;
3. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies;
4. Understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes;
5. Knowledge of various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
6. Ability to design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans;
7. Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test scripts, test scenarios, and defect reports;
8. Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, Test
   Rail, or Quality Center;
9. Ability to log defects with clear, concise, and reproducible steps;
10. Meticulous attention to detail to identify even the smallest discrepancies and bugs in the software;
11. Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret requirements and translate them into test cases;
12. Excellent
    - solving skills to diagnose issues and determine root causes;
13. Ability to think critically and creatively to anticipate potential issues and identify areas for improvement;
14. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;
15. Ability to document and convey complex information clearly and concisely;
16. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple testing tasks simultaneously;
17. Experience in working under tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks based on project requirements;
18. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, CSTE (Certified Software Tester), or other recognized testing certifications;
19. Fluent in Portuguese and English.
