We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow Sales Team to join our management team in Lisbon (hybrid work model).

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in business development or a related field;
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related area;
3. Goal-oriented and
   - driven mindset;
4. Ability to learn and understand our products and markets;
5. Skilled in managing and interpreting company performance metrics;
6. Quick and effective
   - solving skills;
7. Assertiveness and resilience in overcoming obstacles;
8. Enthusiasm for daily challenges and professional growth;
9. Commitment to developing emotional intelligence and leadership skills;
10. Proficiency in English, with excellent communication abilities;
