Your new role

As a Manager, you will manage a specific area of expertise in the Oporto Office. You will advise on all the managerial strategies related to this area to ensure the success of our operations. You will increase and improve the level of expertise and skill of our consultancy team. You need to be present during meetings with clients to support and develop our market share in the regional area. It will also help you to ensure the benchmark of our competitors. What you will need to succeed

A minimum experience of 3-5 years as a Team Leader or a similar experience is required. You are passionate about the market. You have already worked on various activities, including driving relationships with key accounts. Furthermore, you are a great communicator and have strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, you are resilient, driven, and ambitious. It will require a
