The opportunity

Recognizing the changing and
- paced professional landscape, you will team with engagement leadership to bring our broad range of capabilities and insights to enhance the role and effectiveness of the finance and operations function. We are seeking a manager – Finance Transformation. You'll be part of our Business Consulting group, helping clients with business and internal finance performance through a focus on providing business consulting services that achieve measurable benefits in operational effectiveness and strategic decision making.

Your key responsibilities

1. Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships.
2. Collect and analyse information from the client and its sector, as well as the functional areas within the project.
3. Identify potential challenges and business needs, and propose recommendations of a strategic and operational nature, to transform our client’s businesses.
4. Contribute with insights and ideas and assist in drafting high quality project reports.
5. Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
6. Keep abreast of current industry and economic developments relevant to the client's business.
7. Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge.
8. Use technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance the delivery of services.
9. Train and develop the junior teams involved in the project.
10. Contribute to the development of commercial and business development activities.
11. Support the implementation of recommendations and solutions, in close alignment with clients’ teams, ensuring the creation of tangible impact.
12. Manage the activities and milestones inherent to each project, ensuring daily relationships with management/team, client, and various stakeholders.
13. Support the senior management and partnership with team management activities, such as new staff recruitment, training, and team development.
14. Develop commercial activities, including the identification of market opportunities, development of solutions according to client needs, and commercial proposals presentation.

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
2. Minimum experience of 6 years in a management consulting environment, fintechs, and/or background in finance operations.
3. Background in operational finance is desired.
4. Experience in preparing proposals; participation in pitches; developing new business in accounts and through clients’ relationships.
5. Demonstrated experience in
   - based engagements in any or a combination of the following areas: knowledge in financial and accounting processes, consulting projects, ERP/technology implementations.
6. Full English Proficiency.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience with SAP, RPA, or similar technologies.
