Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the development of thought leadership and future Talent & Organization strategy.
2. Participate in business development opportunities to further grow client opportunities.
3. Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions.
4. Participate in diagnosing the problem and planning and leading the transformation.
5. Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes.
6. Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes.
7. Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable
   - term success and business integration.
8. Analyze the
   - is and
   - be processes.
9. Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings.
10. Implement process and change interventions.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in HR transformation, Organization Design, Digital Transformation, Change Management is required.
2. Practical experience in consultancy roles is mandatory.
3. Relevant experience to understand complex issues and develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
4. Natural leadership with the ability to easily establish
   - based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
