Description

• Manage a team of 4 elements across different geographies;
• Manage the monthly close process for US & review balance sheet provisions and reconciliations;
• Plan and prepare the year statutory financial statements;
• Support in the budget and forecasting process;
• Providing regular cost and control updates for operations;
• Manage a rolling cash flow projection;
• Support the treasury and Accounts Payable processes with the local Finance & Admin support;
• Assist in the FP&A process, including production management accounts as well as KPI reporting;
• Responsible for the preparation of external audits & working with the external audit team.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or similar;
• Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles;
• Certified Accountant;
• Excel skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience with SAP (preferential);
• Experience in a global context and in the Hospitality sector (preferential);
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
• Demonstrate leadership skills;
