You will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring the maintenance, service, repair, and troubleshooting of all equipment and installations (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation) on site as per Standard Operating Procedures, Maintenance work instructions, or engineering best practices;
2. Participating in risk assessment of work permits and controlling their appropriate execution;
3. Actively participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean tools within the area;
4. Participating in the Quality Assurance and HSE programs, guaranteeing the timely implementation of corrective actions;
5. Assisting in the training of more junior members of the maintenance area in their area of expertise;
6. Ensuring the correct completion of all required documentation, paper or
   - based, associated with own and area work;
7. Ensuring proper tidiness and cleanliness of the maintained equipment and area as well as of his/her working area;
8. Collaborating in the analysis/investigation of irregularities or CAPAs pertaining to area;
9. Following established procedures and processes, with the ability to interpret instructions, drawings, and equipment technical documentation;
10. Resolving
    - complex problems related to discipline, with more complex issues being referred to line manager or technical team member.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate who has:

• Specific technical course(s)/apprenticeship in the field of expertise (e. g. , mechanics, electricians, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, automation, etc. );
• Experience working in a manufacturing maintenance environment, preferably in a highly regulated industry;
• Formal knowledge or experience of working with processes, systems, and tools utilized in a maintenance context (mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation);
• Working knowledge and proven experience in hazardous area maintenance;
• Understanding of GMP regulations;
• Knowledge of mechanics, Electricity, and Instrumentation;
• Numerical capability for simple arithmetic;
• Computer literate (preferably with SAP knowledge);
• Clear and open communication skills (written and verbal);
• Knowledge, Experience, and Skills to conduct tasks in accordance with established rules and procedures.
