A Snapshot of Your Day

In coordination with the relevant internal Siemens Energy (SE) stakeholders, you support coordination activities related to Long Term Service Agreements at Power Plants equipped with Siemens Energy rotating equipment (large gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators) at the power plants of our external customers. Throughout the process, you lead the communication with customers and the execution of the service contracts ensuring we meet our customers' needs and expectations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Lead the maintenance activities on gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, mainly in utility scale power generation plants (Central) but also for selected industrial applications (Distributed power generation & cogeneration).
2. Collaborate with
   - functional teams, including engineering, field service, EQHS, and finance, to gather vital information and develop efficient management of the contracts.
3. Analyze customer’s requirements and RFQs to clearly understand objectives, scope, timelines, negotiation points, and evaluation criteria.
4. Coordinate and lead external meetings with customers and internal meetings to assign responsibilities, review progress, and ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled.
5. Develop proposals for upgrades and modernizations, adapting power plants to the needs of the changing generation market.
6. Oversee the budget, including mid/long-term budgeting and planning.
7. Develop strategies for negotiating technical upgrades, pricing, and other relevant aspects to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
8. Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet
   - upon standards and satisfy client and contract requirements.

What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
2. 3 years previous experience in project management, preferably in gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator services.
3. Customer focus and understanding of customer needs and expectations.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
7. Focused, organized, and receptive to others' opinions.
