Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Coordinator for a multinational industry.
This position requires strong technical skills (electronic, electromechanics, PLC, HMI), understanding maintenance principles and best practices, process improvements, problem solving, excellent analytical skills, good communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the continuous operation of the machines, detecting faults and solving them quickly and professionally.
- Own the technical parameters of the machines and make the necessary adjustments based on quality feedback.
- Orient the team to perform product and tools changes and create processes to optimize these changes.
- Manage the maintenance technicians, overseeing daily technical tasks and assuring the correct level of technical skills and
- solving expertise across all shifts. - Monitor the results of the VS and maintenance KPIs, promoting necessary actions for improvement.
- Responsible for coordinating with production and supply chain for the planning and fulfillment of preventive maintenance activities.
- Support shop floor teams on problem solving and failure identification, involving corporate functions and/or suppliers when needed.
- Actively participate in the machine’s management to meet required levels of Safety, Quality, Output, and Cost.
- Support validation tasks related to maintenance activities.
- Oversee Non-Conformities and CAPA, ensuring ownership by the Production Support Engineers.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Production processes.
- Be willing to provide support
- hours when a problem is escalated. - Create and/or review documents in the document control system (Veeva).
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Engineering (B. Sc. or higher).
- Knowledge of maintenance organization and relevant KPIs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance area, in a leadership position.
- Ability to support high volume manufacturing operations.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant software applications (e. g. , MS Office, Power BI).
- High level proficiency in oral and written English.
- Good communication skills and ability to lead a team.
