Your role in our team:

As a machine safety specialist, you will perform the analysis of various projects regarding issues related to machine safety, from the commercial phase to the commissioning at customers' sites. Evaluate whether all defined security requirements have been duly met and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Articulate with the R&D, Engineering, Sales and Services, to ensure that the safety requirements, standards, regulations and applicable legislation are verified in the development of the various activities of the areas.
2. Perform the preliminary analysis of risk and safety of the system and of the proposed equipment, mainly in the identification of factors that could put in risk people or cause material or human damages.
3. Check that the entire project complies with the directives and standards previously indicated.
4. Validate the ergonomic issues, equipment safety devices and access to maintenance areas.
5. Verify the documentation and technical process of the product/solution, ensuring that they are properly structured, organized and guaranteeing that the information is available for consultation.
6. Verify that the conditions for issuing the CE system certification of the system are met, by analyzing the technical documentation, inspections of the systems and/or requesting audits whenever necessary.
7. Guarantee the articulation and communication with customers and with the entities that perform the audits related to safety issues on site.
8. Perform the clarification of doubts and issues directly related to solutions developed and implemented.
9. Monitor the review of the applicable standards to systems, introduce changes to procedures and design whenever necessary.

Your profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Machine Safety experience
• Strong Knowledge of Risk Analysis
• CE Marking
• IFA SW
