We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to implement scalable and efficient ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines for efficient data generation, collection, and processing.
• Ensure data quality and implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
• Utilize advanced Machine Learning skills to create effective data solutions.
• Optimize and improve existing ML models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Implement and maintain
  -
  - end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Document model architecture, training procedures, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure ML models comply with ethical AI practices and responsible AI guidelines.
• Perform independently, become a subject matter expert, actively participate in team discussions, and contribute to providing solutions to
  - related problems.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying ML models.
• Strong
  - solving skills and ability to work in a
  - paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Available to work in a hybrid work model.
