Your mission will be…

1. Develop AI-driven solutions for Sales insights, Siemens customers and Sales Rep, across business lines and units, leveraging Gen
   AI technology.
2. Act as a Tech Lead in building a
   - data source,
   - LLM modular solution to drive intelligent automation.
3. Design and implement LLM-based architectures, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise knowledge repositories, and structured data querying via natural language.
4. Build, scale, and optimize AI-powered workloads and apply MLOps best practices to deploy them efficiently.
5. Develop and integrate knowledge graphs to enhance LLM functionality and downstream AI applications.
6. Work with AI agents and
   - scale vector databases to develop advanced RAG applications.
7. Develop APIs for seamless AI solution integration across Siemens' business landscape.

We are looking for someone with…

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with a strong foundation in AI-driven solutions.
3. Experience with LLM-based development, including training,
   - tuning, and deploying models at scale.
4. Proven ability to implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, knowledge graphs, and AI-driven agents.
5. Deep understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, and vector databases for scalable AI applications.
6. Strong expertise in Azure cloud computing and building
   - grade AI deployments.
7. Proficiency in Python and essential ML/AI libraries (Num
   Py, pandas,
   - learn, Tensor
   Flow, Py
   Torch, JAX/Flax).
8. Experience in API development to support AI-driven functionalities.
9. Solid understanding of Dev
   Ops methodologies, particularly CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
10. Familiarity with MLOps principles to optimize AI workflows and model lifecycle management.
11. Strong software engineering and cloud architecture expertise.
12. Experience with Azure Open
    AI, MLOps, and scalable
    - based AI architectures.
13. Strong
    - solving skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
14. Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
