We are looking for a team player who enjoys challenges, applies critical thinking, and has strong technical skills to help our organization adopt the Microsoft 365 suite at an enterprise level. As a Senior Share
Point Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, build and delivery of scalable Share
Point Online solutions, based on existing Share
Point On-premises solution on the Körber group. This position will require knowledge enterprise level of M365 Platform Operations including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams and Share
Point Online. This role will have opportunities to work in other M365 areas in addition to other areas of infrastructure technologies.

Role Main Responsibilities:

1. Developing site Information Architecture plan, implementing governance procedures, access control policies/plans, and information barrier solutions for One
   Drive and Share
   Point Online.
2. Ability to architect high quality solutions to meet functional,
   - functional, and regulatory requirements and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
3. High level of ownership on tasks associated with both new and ongoing Share
   Point needs and implementations.
4. Mentors and provides direction across IT teams regarding design and strategy of Share
   Point Online services.
5. Leads efforts in troubleshooting, remediating, and optimizing any Share
   Point issues, while providing strategic recommendations.
6. Develops and documents processes and procedures for Share
   Point.
7. Designs and manages all aspects of environment, site templates, group management, Azure Active Directory identity.
8. Identifies security risks to our Share
   Point environment and services providing mitigations.
9. Helps with designs, documents, and maintains system security policies and procedures as well as monitors compliance of systems, Share
   Point, and Azure AD environments.
10. Coordinates with IT Project Managers on technical projects and implementations based on requirements, tasks, and project timelines.
11. Plans and manages the technical implementation of necessary technical solutions.

Role Knowledge & Technical Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field.
2. 8+ years of demonstrated
   - on experience with Office/M365 platform technologies such as: Share
   Point Online, Teams and Azure Active Directory.
3. 8+ years of experience migrating Share
   Point On-Prem products to Online is mandatory.
4. Strong knowledge on the different Share
   Point products, from On-premises to Online, and surrounding applications that can be uplifted (Flow, Power Automate, Nintex).
5. Knowledge of
   - user scenarios and technical architecture for Office 365, Teams, Share
   Point, One
   Drive, Azure AD and other Office 365 products.
6. Possess excellent working knowledge of authentication mechanisms, such as Azure AD, and Azure AD Connect.
7. Extensive experience with Power
   Shell in Production environments.
8. Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with
   - and
   - party software vendors as needed for resolution of
   - impacting problems.
