Who You Are

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and documentation abilities. The ideal candidate will lead complex migration projects while maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders and producing
- quality documentation. Projects include Google Workspace to M365 transitions,
- premises to cloud infrastructure migrations, and M365
-
- tenant migrations.

What You’ll Do

1. Plan, document, and execute various types of migration projects:
1. Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
2. Exchange On-premises to Exchange Online
3. M365
   -
   - tenant migrations
4. Share
   Point On-premises to Share
   Point Online
2. Lead client workshops and technical discovery sessions
3. Conduct detailed technical assessments and present findings to stakeholders
4. Create comprehensive migration documentation, including:
1. Technical design documents
2. Migration runbooks
3. Risk mitigation plans
4. User communication templates
5. Knowledge transfer documentation
5. Develop and implement migration strategies with minimal operational impact
6. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout project lifecycle
7. Conduct effective status meetings and progress reviews
8. Manage environment coexistence during migrations
9. Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 environments
10. Implement security and governance best practices
11. Provide
    - migration support and knowledge transfer

Qualifications (Must Have)

• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification
• Proven experience in:
• Exchange migrations (On-premises and online)
• M365
  -
  - tenant migrations
• Active Directory and Azure AD
• Share
  Point Online and On-premises
• Deep knowledge of:
• Exchange Online and Exchange Server
• Microsoft Teams
• One
  Drive for Business
• Azure AD Connect
• Hybrid Configurations
• Experience with migration tools:
• Bit
  Titan Migration
  Wiz
• Quest Migration Tools
• Native Microsoft Migration Tools
• Power
  Shell proficiency for automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong technical documentation experience
