Real Estate Company seeking a Listing-Agent for Lisbon, Portugal. The focus of the business is on the foreign investor/buyer for Portugal. Commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the real estate business
• Focus on the sell side to list properties
• Develop relationships with clients, build partnerships, and provide exceptional service
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends
• Participate in training sessions, negotiations and facilitate transactions
• Focus on Lisbon, Oeiras, Estoril, Cascais, Sintra, Setúbal, and Algarve regions

Qualifications

• Ambition, drive, and openness for a new project with a unique concept
• Experience in Real Estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Undisputed personal and professional ethics
• Critical thinking
• Fluency in English. Arabic, French, and Portuguese are advantageous.
