We are looking for a Logistics & Export Specialist!

If you have experience in export logistics and are looking for a new challenge, this could be your opportunity! Our client, a company that produces packaging for cosmetics brands of global renown, is looking for someone like you to join their team in the Leiria.

Responsibilities :

Manage export logistics operations (sea and air) – from quotes to booking shipments.

Prepare and verify shipping documents and manage payment applications.

Weekly sales reporting and export goods accounting.

Support the maintenance of ISO and AEO systems, ensuring supply chain security standards.

Cost control of import/export activities, contributing to the company’s supply chain finance development.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Logistic areas.

At least 4 years of relevant experience especially with sea and air transportation.

Professional certification (customs declaration or other
- related qualifications).

Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level required).
