Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistic and Customs Data Expert to join our Finance Systems team in Airbus Portugal.

Responsibilities - your mission

• You are responsible for full project life cycle activities: From concept definition until entry in service including training and change management.
• You will be integrated into a
  - functional team voicing the customs needs, as business partner, from various countries through an internal network of existing customs experts.
• You act as a data expert in Logistics and Customs transformation and improvement projects.
• Project management is part of your responsibility: Scope, planning, evaluation of budget request for a dedicated project.
• You participate and/or lead
  - functional project team: Customs, Logistic, Procurement, Finance, IT.
• You support our IT department in solution definition and validation.
• You secure permanently the stability, reliability, quality and performance of Airbus Customs process and system.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

Skills and qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in Logistics projects in integration with IT department (experience in Customs will be a value add in addition).
• Basic IT knowledge on SAP (ABAP workbench, SAP interfaces, …).
• Functional knowledge on Inbound/Outbound flows and /Master data/Inventory (SAP SD/MM and GTS would be a plus).
• Knowledge of Project Management and methodologies.
