Key Responsibilities:
As a
French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support. Your key duties include:
Customer Support: Assist customers via multiple communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and effectively.
Web Services Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's web services, offering accurate and helpful information to customers.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing effective and personalized solutions.
Communication: Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Customer Feedback: Gather and report valuable customer feedback to improve the service quality.
Documentation: Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in
Frenchand at leastintermediate English(B2). You should be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory. We value a strong willingness to learn and develop.
Skills:Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to offer quick solutions.
