Main Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and provide ongoing support for computer infrastructures.
• Participate in infrastructure projects to enhance system capabilities.
• Analyze and resolve incidents in computer systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions and timely support.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Higher education in Computer Science or related fields (certifications and professional experience are valued).
• Experience:
  • Solid experience with virtualization, backups, Linux, networks, and hardware.
  • Knowledge in various services, including Apache, Databases (My
    SQL, SQL Server, etc. ), Firewall (iptables), Virtualization (xen and others), and Email servers (qmail, postfix, etc. ).
• Availability: Willingness to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
• Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English.
