Who You Are:

We’re looking for a

In Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to take our Linked
In outreach and lead generation strategy to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A Linked
  In expert—you know how to generate, engage, and qualify leads through Linked
  In.
• A master of outreach—you write compelling,
  - focused messages that spark interest.
• A skilled communicator—you don’t just send messages; you connect and engage.
• Data-savvy—you analyse engagement trends and optimise for better conversion.
• A strategic thinker—you understand the bigger picture of demand generation and sales pipelines.

Bonus points if you have experience in HR, L&D, Ed
Tech, or startups!

Job Responsibilities:

• Write and execute Linked
  In outreach campaigns to engage B2B prospects.
• Respond to all inbound Linked
  In replies, nurturing and converting leads.
• Follow up with engaged leads and book initial qualification calls.
• Manage prospect data in Hub
  Spot, ensuring all meeting bookings trigger the correct notifications.
• Track and report on Linked
  In campaign performance, iterating based on data insights.
