Main Responsibilities:

• Production Supervision: Lead and supervise the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations; Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the review and approval of production and packaging documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; Conduct thorough reviews of logbooks to maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Deviation and CAPA Management: Investigate and address deviations from established procedures, ensuring timely and effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs); Collaborate with the quality team to implement strategies for deviation prevention.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production with a focus on deviations, CAPAs, and SOPs.
• Experience in team management and leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
