The Legal Enforcement Response Team (LERT) specializes in the thorough analysis of legal and regulatory documentation. Its primary function is to review and evaluate documents using clear and detailed guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.

Role Details

Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines;

Investigate, resolve, and relay complex process issues to the broader Legal Operations team;

Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work;

Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role;

• Market Language level B2 or above
• English level preferably C1
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress management skills
• Excellent comprehension, communication
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams
• Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
• Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture
• Ability to work under pressure and tight SLAs with a high degree of efficiency and quality
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work differing rotations shifts and non standard work hours

• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Experience working in Trust and Safety, Emergency services, Law Enforcement, or organization with regular exposure to crisis scenarios, as distinct advantage
• Valid Work Permit
• Completed Compulsory Education Minimum required
• Having over 18 years of age
• Availability to work in rotative shifts, on weekends and holidays.
• Good skills level in the use of web browsing related tools.
