Job Title: German Legal Operations Analyst, On-site

Project: Video Streaming Platform

Working Hours: 40 Hours per week between Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing and analyzing content on an online platform, predominantly in the form of reviews (textual content), but may include other formats (photos, websites, etc. ).
2. Analyzing content following specific guidelines provided by the client, which include legal analysis.
3. Applying the legal framework/guidelines to the LOOA team when reviewing content.
4. Processing incoming legal requests (intellectual or
   - intellectual property), including legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
5. Evaluating the validity and grounds for each request to determine if it should be processed by the team.
6. Staying up to date with the client's policies and guidelines.
7. Reviewing requests within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
8. Gaining insights into specific types of digital law.

Location: Santos Office - Lisbon, Portugal

Compensation:

• Yearly Gross Salary: 15, 260
• Yearly Language Bonus: 3, 240
• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross salary
• Yearly Transportation Bonus: 720
• Daily Meal Allowance: 7. 63 paid in card
• Type of Contract: 1 month training contract + 1 year renewable contract w/ 30 days probation
• Relocation Support: Bonus of 2, 500 if located out of Portugal or 1, 000 if you're located in another Portuguese city.

Requirements:

• German C1 level + English B2
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Hold EU ID or Residence card
