What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including NDAs, and
  - level agreements.
• Conduct
  - depth legal research to ensure compliance with international laws, particularly in IP, corporate, and technology law.
• Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, including engineers and executives, to align business needs with legal requirements.
• Develop and refine internal policies to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.

Must haves

• 3+ years of professional legal experience, focusing on agreement negotiations, technology law, and Intellectual Property.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present legal concepts clearly to
  - legal stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and collaboration platforms (e. g. Law Insider, Jira, etc. ).
• Ability to thrive in remote or hybrid working environments.
• English level – Fluent.

Nice to haves

• Experience working as an
  - house lawyer or with US-based outsourcing software development companies.
• Knowledge of EU, Ukraine, India, and US federal and state regulations related to technology and service firms.
• Expertise in Intellectual Property (IP) law, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Experience in a multinational or global corporate legal context.
• A proactive,
  - oriented approach to legal challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of professional experience as a
- stack software engineer with a strong track record of delivering
- quality software and products; Proficiency in Typescript; Experience with Node. js, React, Postgres, Next
JS, and RPC in a professional setting; Highly aligned with our mission and are excited to make a direct, positive impact on clinicians and the quality of care patients receive; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Demonstrated high ownership and experience leading the development of products from the ground up in a
- paced, collaborative environment; Comfortable navigating and building throughout the entire stack, but your primary focus and experience lies in frontend technical design and implementation; Experience executing greenfield technical design for
- critical products and features in close collaboration with both technical and
- technical counterparts; Experience with agile development, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing frameworks; Upper-Intermediate English Level.
