What you will do

1. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including NDAs and
   - level agreements.
2. Conduct
   - depth legal research to ensure compliance with international laws, particularly in IP, corporate, and technology law.
3. Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate and regulatory matters.
4. Collaborate with
   - functional teams, including engineers and executives, to align business needs with legal requirements.
5. Develop and refine internal policies to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.

Must haves

1. 3+ years of professional legal experience, focusing on agreement negotiations, technology law, and Intellectual Property.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to present legal concepts clearly to
   - legal stakeholders.
3. Exceptional skills in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
4. Proficiency in legal research tools and collaboration platforms (e. g. Law Insider, Jira, etc. ).
5. Ability to thrive in remote or hybrid working environments.

Nice to haves

1. Experience working as an
   - house lawyer or with US-based outsourcing software development companies.
2. Knowledge of EU, Ukraine, India, and US federal and state regulations related to technology and service firms.
3. Expertise in Intellectual Property (IP) law, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
4. Experience in a multinational or global corporate legal context.
5. A proactive,
   - oriented approach to legal challenges.
