We are seeking a meticulous and patient individual to join our growing team as a Legal Backoffice Operator. You will take on an exciting role where you'll review legal documents and collaborate directly with authorities. Responsibilities:
Review and analyze legal documents with attention to detail.
Communicate and collaborate directly with relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal standards.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide support in resolving legal issues by applying technical legal concepts.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation records.

What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in French C1 and English C2.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Patience and ability to handle repetitive tasks effectively.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
principais benefícios
What We Offer:
base salary: 900€/month
meal allowance: 7, 23€/day
health insurance
schedule: Monday to Sunday - 09:00 to 18:00
Days Off - Shifting between Saturday and Sunday / Sunday and Monday
Direct contract with the company
Location: On-site (Porto)
