As a Learning Trainee, you will support the implementation of learning initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals, enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance, and preparing the company for future challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Learning Plan.
• Contribute to the creation of learning content, including presentations, manuals, and
  - learning modules.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and preparing reports.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS).
• Follow up on L&D KPIs to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning, with a passion for education and training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and
  - learning platforms.
