- Act as the first point of contact for the different e
Universities;

- Provide technical support in several topics and interface to BD;

- Onboarding and offboarding of new
- Unis (technical, data security, etc. );

- Increase sale numbers, support for setting owners, Bosch training providers, business units, areas, departments, initiatives, etc. ;

- Continuous Improvement (CIP): Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness; review and discontinue outdated processes, as needed.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
2. Experience in training area is a plus;
3. Knowledge of Success factors is a plus;
4. Excellent communication skills in English and the local country language; additional foreign languages are a plus;
5. Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Power
   Point;
6. Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals;
7. Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering
   - quality service;
8. Problem-Solving: Effective analytical skills to identify and resolve issues;
9. Process Improvement: Proactive approach to enhancing processes and systems;
10. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with
    - functional teams;
11. Flexibility: Adaptability to changing processes and tasks;
12. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
