About the Role
Location: Porto, Portugal.
Job Type: Hybrid.
Hiire is looking for a Learning & Development Officer to ensure the effective execution of training programs, supporting talent development and employee growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized,
- oriented, and capable of managing
-
- end training deployment while maintaining strong relationships with external training providers.
Key Responsibilities
Training Deployment:
- Develop a strong understanding of the annual training plan and recommend best practices for scheduling and administration.
- Identify and coordinate training venues, handling logistics such as booking and preparation.
- Manage training communications, ensuring participants are
- informed of schedules, locations, and other key details. - Oversee training program evaluations, gathering feedback and assessing effectiveness.
- Periodically review and update the training plan in alignment with organizational needs.
External Training Supplier Management:
- Identify and recommend external training providers based on organizational needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth coordination of training programs.
- Handle
- related invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. - Maintain and update Hiire’s inventory of training service providers.
LMS (Learning Management System) Management:
- Manage the LMS, ensuring proper course deployment, participant registration, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain LMS content, uploading and organizing training materials (courses, videos, documents).
- Provide
- line technical support to LMS users and assist with troubleshooting. - Keep the LMS up to date with the latest training content.
Training Metrics & Reporting:
- Generate reports on training effectiveness, attendance rates, completion rates, and participant feedback.
- Monitor budget expenditures related to training and provide insights for optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in training administration, preferably with exposure to demand planning and complex scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as SAP Success
Factors or Workday. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- paced environment. - Strong analytical and
- solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
