About the role
You will support our business and tech organizations, working directly with executives to hire top tech and business leaders across all of OLX’s European locations. You will also have the opportunity to influence and shape hiring strategy, drive market intelligence, and develop talent acquisition plans that impact the future of our leadership teams.

The role requires
- site presence at our office 2–3 times per week. We have offices in Lisbon (Portugal), Poznań (Poland), and Warsaw (Poland).
- Own
-
- end executive recruitment processes, including talent mapping, sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and hiring execution. - Manage and influence key stakeholders, including hiring managers, senior executives, and business leaders, ensuring alignment on hiring strategies and decisions.
- Recruit for C-1 and C-2 leadership roles across business and tech domains in Europe.
- Partner with executives and senior stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and develop
- driven hiring strategies. - Leverage market intelligence and analytics to drive
- making and ensure we attract
- tier leadership talent. - Collaborate with HR teams, Rewards, Mobility, and other
- functional partners to ensure seamless hiring processes and a great candidate experience. - Build and nurture
- term relationships with key talent, providing an outstanding candidate experience. - Continuously refine and optimize executive hiring processes to improve efficiency and impact.
- Proven experience in executive recruitment (C-1, C-2) at an international level, either in an executive search agency or as an
- house recruiter. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner and influence at the executive level.
- Deep understanding of global talent markets, particularly for senior leadership in tech and/or business functions.
- A
- driven mindset, using insights and analytics to drive recruitment strategies. - Ability to manage multiple executive searches across different regions simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and
- building skills.
- Work with
- tier leadership teams and play a key role in scaling our organization. - International reach—you’ll be hiring across multiple locations and navigating emerging markets.
