Apgar is looking to recruit an experienced and
- oriented Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data management technologies and solutions. Collaborate with
- functional teams, design and execute test strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring coverage of functional and
  - functional requirements.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and design effective test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Apgar's data management solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
• Identify and report software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to troubleshoot issues, reproduce defects, and provide detailed information to facilitate root cause analysis.
• Lead the Testing team and provide technical guidance in testing best practices.

You are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar testing role, with a focus on data management technologies.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of databases, data warehouses, and data integration technologies.
• Previous Experience on leading Testing activities / team.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - paced, dynamic environment.
