About the Role

Excitingly, our client is just about to open their first office in Porto, and this is an integral role for one of their core squads, the mobile team. There is an expectation of hybrid working so please only get in touch if you can commute to Porto.

As a Technical Lead, you will mentor and guide a team of developers, designing and delivering
- tier mobile applications. You’ll work closely with
- functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and
- friendly solutions. This role is perfect for a
- on leader passionate about driving technology and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers.
• Design and develop
  - quality mobile applications with React Native, Type
  Script, and Java
  Script.
• Drive best practices, ensuring clean and maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Influence technology choices and agile methodologies.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Tech Stack & Approach

What You Bring

• Experience leading software engineering teams, particularly in mobile development.
• Strong background in i
  OS and Android development (Swift, Kotlin, React Native).
• Expertise in software testing, TDD, and SOLID principles.
• Ability to coach and mentor developers.
• Experience working with DORA metrics and performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of backend integrations, APIs, and mobile app deployment.
