About Responsibilities

Within KLx, you will join the Payment Systems team of over 90 talented professionals focused on, developing, and delivering payment products and services related to payment transactions (SDD and SCT), as well as card payment instruments (debit/credit cards and mobile payments). Dedicated to constant improvement, working through Agile methodologies and on recent technology stacks (Java, Angular, Kafka, …), they ensure that our payment solutions are innovative and secure.

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer – Full Stack, to oversee the development and maintenance of multiple applications. Under the responsibility of the Run Manager, your main missions will be:

• Lead a Team up to 4 developers and collaborate closely with Application Managers and Project Managers based in Paris,
• Ensure the technical integrity of the applications and the quality of deliverables,
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to deliver innovative solutions,
• Ensure best development practices are followed,
• Understand and manage
  - application interactions effectively,
• Write clear and precise technical specifications,
• Proactively provide suggestions and initiatives to improve processes,
• Develop and compile build procedures efficiently,
• Analyze and diagnose incidents and anomalies promptly,
• Propose technical optimizations to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

Who you are

• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field,
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Leader position,
• Advanced knowledge in Java 11+, My SQL, Postgre
  SQL, Angular 8+, Spring Framework and Shell Scripting,
• Good knowledge of Git, Docker, and Jenkins,
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory),
• Functional knowledge of electronic banking (plus),
• Good analytical and
  - solving capabilities,
• Leadership, Team spirit, Communication skills,
