Your Role

As a Lead Functional Analyst (m/f/d) for our core system Sea
Rates, which supports Sea Forwarding by providing carrier rates to all Seafreight users and applications globally, you will work on building Sea
Rates New - which will replace the current system. You will join a global team of engineers and analysts designing and building products to provide innovative solutions to delight your customers.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage the delivery of functional and system requirements
   -
   - end;
2. Functionally clarify requirements with our business experts and architects;
3. Elicit and document system requirements;
4. Modeling Functional & Technical entities and Modelling/Design APIs;
5. Document the functional and technical design according to our patterns to enable a consistent implementation;
6. Participating and working according to team's best practices;
7. Perform gap analysis and suggest solutions;
8. Positively challenge all team members on how product/processes can be improved;
9. Evaluate and refine the upcoming tasks within the team.

Your Skills and Experiences

1. Degree in information technology or proven experience;
2. Experience of at least 10 years as a team lead (UML methodologies and Enterprise Architect are considered a plus);
3. Ability to analyze and solve problems with a view to the ecosystem as a whole;
4. Interest in design methodology and functional specification and estimates;
5. Ability to work in an Agile environment;
6. Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills in technical and
   - friendly language;
7. Fluent in written and spoken English.
