What You’ll Do

1. Lead a
   - functional team to build scalable language services in the areas of NLP, NLU, and NLG for live Saa
   S products
2. Build models that solve
   - world problems
3. Help develop and groom an experiment and product feature backlog
4. Optimize models for production throughput and uptime requirements
5. Automate deployments, testing, and monitoring (MLOps)

Requirements

1. 8+ years of developing data & analytics products like sentiment analyzers, translation engines, summarizers, or other language services
2. 3+ years of leading teams to produce data and analytics software products
3. Expert in Machine Learning, Modeling, and development with Python
4. Knowledge of relevant regulations in AI/ML and incorporating compliance into MLOps processes
5. Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

1. Production experience with any of the following is a plus: Gen
   AI, LLMs, Recommendation Engines, AWS offerings for AI and ML including Sage
   Maker, Bedrock, Lex
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or information systems
