What skills do you need to have:

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a strong focus on Python.
• In-depth knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops practices, CI/CD tools, and methodologies.
• Expertise in refactoring, simple design, and clean architecture principles.
• Experience with agile methodologies and team collaboration practices.
• Proficiency in Django framework.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high code quality and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on Dev
  Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct refactoring efforts while adhering to simple design principles and clean architecture.
• Foster collaboration through pair programming, daily standups, code reviews, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design and maintain resilient architectures that support scalability and performance.
• Utilize Django framework for backend development.
