You Are:

You are a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Layout Design Engineer eager to
- start your career in the semiconductor industry. With a solid educational background in Electrical or Computer Engineering, you are passionate about learning and growing your skills in layout circuit design. You have a basic understanding of CMOS technologies and are keen to deepen your knowledge in this area. You are
- oriented and have a good grasp of fundamental concepts related to layout floorplanning and validation. While you may not have extensive industry experience, you are eager to apply your academic knowledge to
- world projects. You are a quick learner, adaptable, and possess strong
- solving abilities. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, will help you collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Participating in various layout design activities, including layout entry and floor planning under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Assisting in the development of
  - speed Ser
  Des physical interfaces and supporting the design of analog blocks.
• Learning and applying techniques to optimize layouts for porting across multiple foundry nodes.
• Gaining knowledge about signal integrity issues and techniques to mitigate ESD and
  - up risks.
• Contributing to custom digital layout projects, focusing on
  - speed digital paths.
• Ensuring layout designs meet reliability standards by understanding and applying key concepts.

What You’ll Need:

• BSc or MSc in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) with a strong academic background in
  - level design.
• Basic understanding of CMOS technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of layout floorplanning and validation concepts.
• Willingness to learn about signal integrity issues and ESD/latch-up mitigation techniques.
• Interest in custom digital layout and
  - speed digital paths.
• Basic understanding of layout effects and design for reliability.
• Familiarity with UNIX operating systems and IC design tools is a plus.
