This is a full-time position in Lisbon – Portugal. As a Backend Programmer, you will have the opportunity to join a team dedicated to building connected services for gamers, providing an ecosystem covering the entire gamer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Client / Server Architecture;
• Advanced knowledge of database design and query optimizations using relational databases;
• Advanced knowledge of Python, Java, C#, Ruby, Go, or any of the many languages used to build backend services;
• Advanced knowledge of My
  SQL;
• Experience with deploying or maintaining live services;
• Experience with UNITY (minimum required level – intermediate);
• Knowledge in ANGULAR (minimum required level – intermediate).

DESIRABLE:

• Degree in IT or similar;
• Knowledge in C++;
• PASSION IN CREATING GAMES and game services.

BONUS ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of
  - relational databases (Mongo
  DB);

EXPECTED:

• To bring knowledge.

YOUR FUNCTIONS:

• Write code to handle a large amount of data, including player progression, customization, analytics, and making this data smooth available to players and the development team;
• Write code for a variety of backend applications and develop deployment strategies to maximize efficiency;
• Build data entry tools for iterations of parts of the system (e. g. , Store);
• Develop processes, technologies, and tools with high technical rigor;
• Create technical documentation;
• Review and update existing and future technical documents;
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
